In this age of competition it is quite hard to be expert in a technology of computer science as every day new techniques are taking birth
which is no doubt contributing a very important role in our daily life but there is one more factor that can not be ignored is the
technical development of the youth who are pursuing computer graduation.
In this context, I want to put your attention that there are plenty of branches if we talk any one technology related to computer thus
graduates are expected to be expert in all of them if they want themselves to be employed in good IT company.
Whereas the curricula defined by the technical education from the schools itself is not well planned to nourish the student in technical aspect.
Conclusively, even after becoming computer graduate candidates are not able to get job in technical part because they have only theoretical knowledge
which is not sufficient to provide them employment.
Ultimately the trend is that they undergo some training programs after their graduation or during their graduation or post graduation which we say six month's industrial training.
This is a semester of the graduation/PG that the students have to put on as practical training in the concerned industry.
