Education : MBA
Salary : 20000 to 25000
Experience : 3- 4 Year (Construction Industry)
Place of work : Bhatinda (Punjab)

JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Candidate should have minimum of 3-4 years of Experience in Construction Industry.(Mechanical).
Good knowledge of Statutory & HR compliances. (Preferable)
Good skills in using MS Office applications and formula. (Preferable)
Take the regular meeting of the Works committee
Issue the letters to late coming, absenteeism, suspension etc, To handle legal issues.
Update & maintain various HR Policy & Practices, Creating Payroll
Maintain leave records i.e. CL, SL, and PL/EL in form no. issue I Card/Punching Card, Leave Card etc.
Maintained the records of Joined, Resigned & Attired Employees.
Do Full Final settlement of resigned employees.
Issue Offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary slip, ID Cards and termination letter of employees.
Maintained the database of Employees.
Supervising overall Factory Housekeeping activities & accommodation.
